This is still the original, practically based and popular course run at EMA by Steve Punter for many years, apart from the addition of some content. You will examine and compare theories of adult learning that will teach you how to build, deliver and review workplace-training events for individuals and groups.

• Write a simple training session to achieve that
• Use accepted benchmark models and tools
• Present a training session to individuals and/or groups
• Evaluate the training session
• Recognise and accommodate different cultures in the learning environment
• Use a range of presenter tools and skills

• Working with diverse cultures
• Creating training sessions to meet learning and action objectives
• Delivery of on-job training to adults
