A professional receptionist is vital to the success of any business. As such you create the first impressions by which your organisation is judged.

In this one-day course you will learn to create a stunning and professional first-impression and understand how the way you present yourself affects your credibility. You will learn to manage your time and interruptions, and those challenging customers and colleagues. You will leave the course equipped with the confidence and skills to project the best image for your office and organisation

During this course you will learn to:

identify the role, functions and attributes of a professional receptionist
recognise that how you present yourself affects your credibility
recognise the importance of customer service
handle calls positively from the start to the end of the call
deal with difficult customers, interruptions and different behavioural styles
