The course is designed for trainers and facilitators committed to supporting and accelerating positive change. Course context reflects accelerated learning methodologies to ensure participants:
- Understand TetraMap as a behavioural model and mental framework. - Skilfully deliver the "Why are you like that?" workbook and resources. - Experience TetraMap integration into the broad range of organisational development training.
The course is a 2.5 day journey filled with information, evidence of successful applications in an energised learning and practice-focused context.
Louise Duncan, Master TetraMap Facilitator
Louise has facilitated many TetraMap workshops for a diverse range of number of clients both in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, and became a Master Facilitator in 2003. Since then she has been working to support and develop other facilitators and organisations to use the model.
Now living in New Zealand, she is also working alongside the developers of TetraMap, Jon and Yoshimi Brett. Louise is currently focusing on increasing awareness of this refreshing alternative training tool to HR managers, facilitators and organisations internationally.
