Aimed at Chief Executives and Senior Managers, the Strategic Leadership Programme focuses on providing you with an understanding of the important concepts of leadership and strategy, but more importantly, also provides you with the skills to implement what you learn.
The 6-day intensive residential programme blends team-based learning with focused, one-on-one executive coaching. As a result, you’re able to hone your won innate leadership abilities and potentially deliver a vastly more effective style of leadership.
As a senior manager your ability to get along with and motivate others may no longer be sufficient: you must also provide your organization with strategic leadership to positively influence organisational culture. Undertaking the Strategic Leadership Programme will assist your evolution from manager to strategic thinker, and will provide you with new insights and opportunities – both for you personally, and your organisation.
