Learning Format The Authentic Leader is spread over six to 18 months in order to achieve real sustained change for the individual leaders and generate measureable beneficial changes for their teams and organisation. It requires a real commitment of time, energy, and focus of both participants and their managers. There is an expectation of stretch.
