The PRINCE2 Project Management method is rapidly taking on as the standard for Project Management with New Zealand. The method give you specific skills and techniques for you to use when managing projects. This is also a certified approach so that at the end of this course you sit the PRINCE2 Foundation exam. This gives you a globally recognised credential.
The Foundation course teaches you the complete PRINCE2 method. You will be sent the PRINCE2 2009 Manual before the course with exercises to ensure you are prepared for learning the approach. The course covers theory, exercises and exam practice. Exercises will include hands on group work. All this readies you for the Foundation and exams and to apply PRINCE2 in your real work environment.
Variations: You can register for Foundation and Practitioner separately or together. The courses are offered Monday to Friday or as a nightclass. If you register for both courses together a discount applies but you can still take both courses at different times
