"A culture is made, or destroyed by its articulate voices." Ayn Rand

What is the relationship between an organisation’s culture and it’s performance? There has been a keen focus on this question over recent years, with growing evidence that a healthy culture has positive consequences, including an organisation’s productivity, effectiveness, growth, efficiency, employee morale and a sustained competitive advantage.

These two days will give you an extensive understanding of organisational culture and what that means for you and your organisation. You’ll also leave with clarity around how to confidently contribute to the development of your organisation’s culture.

Learning Outcomes

During these two days, you will be encouraged to participate, debate, develop creative ideas and practice so that you will develop confidence to transform knowledge and inspiration into winning performance.

By achieving the key areas of this programme, participants will be able to understand:
•The power of culture
•What shapes cultures
•What the characteristics of a healthy culture are
•The different types of cultures
•The impact of conflicting cultures that can co-exist
•How to assess your current organizational culture
•What culture changes could benefit your organization
•The different methodologies of culture change
•How to create your culture story for your senior leaders
