Overview: From the quiet lush reflections of the Golden Mile to the edgy urban vibe of Cuba Street come and explore the city after dark.
Target audience: This course is suitable for everyone. Having a solid understanding of how to use your camera manually and good understanding of basic photographic principles is preferred but not a requirement. The emphasis of this course is to be in the moment, learning to shoot in low light and having fun.
Course format: 4 hours (2 hours shooting with informal group sharing session at a local restaurant or pub with general critique)

•dress for the weather and conditions •DSLR camera •one all-purpose lens •batteries •memory card •snack and water Please note that this session is highly interactive and requires a general level of fitness. Participants will be walking for the majority of the workshop.
Class limit: This course is limited to a maximum of 12 participants, so please enrol early.
Teacher: Jordyn OKeeffe has been teaching adults how to be creative through the medium of photography for the past decade. She holds an advanced diploma of photography from Massey University, and her work has appeared in Next Magazine. Jordyn is passionate about getting students to see the benefits to their day-to-day lives of being creative. She is currently studying for an advanced diploma of creativity at the Learning Connexion.
