In todays workplace social media has become the norm for communicating with friends, family and work colleagues. Some business have brought themselves online to adapt with how the world communicates – and bring their business to the world. However, with these new developments also brings new challenges in dealing with social media within the workplace.

What is the expectation of the business with social media internally? How do we deal with employee conflict that involves potential bullying via social media? Do we see social media as a blessing or a curse?
