MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) is the Programme Management method developed by the UK's Office of Government Commerce (OGC). MSP describes how Programme Managers and Organisations can coordinate and run multiple projects to achieve strategic business outcomes The method give you techniques for implementing Programme Management into your organisation or for running Programmes yourself. This is also a certified approach following on from the MSP Foundation course and at the end of this course you sit the MSP Practitioner Exam. This gives you a globally, highly recognised, credential for a Programme Manager.
You will have learnt the complete MSP approach during the Foundation course. This course develops a more in depth understand of the practice of MSP. For this you will revise your understanding of the the method and complete in depth exercises of MSP in practice. You will also complete practice exams which will prepare you for the Practitioner exam at the end of the course.
Variations: You can register for Foundation and Practitioner separately or together. If you register for both courses together a discount applies but you can still take both courses at different times.

Geoff is the Lead Trainer for Goal Professional services and has huge experience in running MSP courses across Australasia. He was the first person to introduce MSP into Australia in 2004.
