CHOICES ARCHITECT® builds on the foundation of the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® by introducing the CHOICES ARCHITECT® suite of tools for Talent Management and Succession Planning. Based on the framework introduced in the foundation course, it will show you how to effective identify and develop talent within your organisations and guides you through the processes of understanding your organisation’s current and future leadership needs. Materials required to implement CHOICES® in your organisation can only be obtained by those who have completed a certification course.
To attend this course you must either be attending a certification programme that includes the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® or have previously completed the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT®. This foundation course is running on 26 July 2011.

Using many of the Lominger tools in your organisation requires you to hold product certification. This course is a foundation course and pre-requisite for all the product certification courses, but does not in itself provide certification.
Zuri is able to run these courses as our facilitator, Lominger Associate Andrew Williams has approval to run Lominger certification workshops. He is well placed to provide you with the grounding you need to progress on to these courses should you wish to do so.
Diane Edwards is also able to provide post-workshop coaching and implementation support to help you effectively implement Lominger tools and methodologies in your organisation.
