Since 2005 we have worked with over 2000 learners on a range of LN skill development initiatives across a range of organisations and industry sectors.

Underpinning our programmes we integrate or embed LN skills into real work situations to ensure that new learning is being constructed on strong foundations.
By using the context of the real work situations, The Learning Wave designs programmes that address the personal motivation of the learner and reflect the culture of the organisation to produce improved personal and business performance.

•Qualifications and workplace experience to match our customer’s learning needs; including the National Certificate in Adult Literacy Education (NCALE) and have completed Unit Standard 4098
•TLW are a Private Training Enterprise and are members of the Human Resources Institute of NZ (HRINZ) and New Zealand Association of Training and Development (NZATD)
