We assist businesses to fully understand the learning and dvelopment needs of their employees by conducting a workplace Learning Needs Assessment. The LNA provides a snapshot of the company to provide information for learning programmes.

The results of the LNA will help inform the delivery method, content requirements and set a priority plan for learning and development needs across specific groups of employees or department by department.
The report generated from the LNA provides quantitative and qualitative evidence and details current task and document requirements and current employee skills assessment. It also outlines an organisational impact map and current barriers/issues which many impact on the success of learning in your organisation.

To inform the report, the LNA covers a
- short site tour
- review current learning programmes and competency framework
- skills gap analysis
- literacy task demands
- employee skills assessment
- management interviews
