This course identifies, illustrates and coaches attendees in the interpersonal or emotional skills of leading. Based on Haddo D'Audney's research and consequent book of the same name, is designed to cover three areas of learning. Firstly historical examples of leadership over the last 2500 hundred years; secondly research into the facets identified and illustrated by historical leaders; thirdly application of those facets and others to modern best practise as revealed by current high achieving leadership.
