Day One: A new approach to leadership
• Traditional versus modern approaches to leadership.
• The power of leading and living from the core.
• Working ‘above and below the waterline’ for maximum effectiveness.
• Five ‘biggies’ that bring life-changing leverage to your leadership style.
Day Two: What’s running you?
• Exploring the polarities that drive you.
• Harnessing your strengths and weaknesses for greater energy and effectiveness.
• Deepening your personal power, authenticity and influence.
Day Three: What calls you?
• Rediscovering the source of your life’s flow and direction.
• Expanding your concept of what you are up to.
• Developing a purpose worthy of who you are.
Day Four: What will unleash you?
• Identifying what needs to be addressed to bring your life/work more in line with your intentions.
• Turning conflict into positive change.
• Achieving more balance and fulfillment in your life.
• Solving ‘unsolvable’ problems.
• Moving from intention to action.
Participants include executives, managers, team leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, community leaders and anyone who wants to develop confidence in managing themselves. The LDI is conducted with groups of up to 12 people several times a year.

Robyn Wynne-Lewis is the founder and co-owner of Core Consulting. A highly skilled trainer, facilitator and coach, Robyn has a lively and open manner which is complemented by an ability to connect and work deeply with people, enabling them to reach new levels of personal discovery.
Malcolm Nicholls is a senior associate with Core Consulting. His ability to connect with people and put them at ease, along with his great sense of humour are hallmarks of his facilitation style.
Briggita Baker's association with Core Consulting began in 2014 when she attended the LDI where her enthusiasm for bringing the philosophy of 'Leadership from the Inside Out' to a wider audience was ignited. Alongside her coaching work, Briggita now facilitates several of Core's foundation public and in-house leadership programmes.
