These programmes focus is on developing skills around the following areas:
•Understanding the importance of the right attitude and accountability
•Understanding the importance of teamwork
•Understanding communication styles and tools to help lift communication within/between teams and with management
•Understanding of how to motivate team members
•How to deal with performance shortfalls
•Understanding the performance management process
•Making the transition into a supervisory role
•Understanding of differences between managing tasks/processes and leading people
As an NZQA accredited provider we are able to build in relevant NZQA unit standards as part of these workshops and would be used as build blocks for supervisors on the journey towards a National certificate in Business
As a result of programme, participants will have the knowledge and skills to lead and motivate their team, with a strong understanding of the influence they have on their teams and how to build better performance through their teams.
