This course will provide human resource staff and others with an introduction to, and the skills required for, the various types of interviews used within organisations. It is a fast-paced, highly interactive learning experience that helps participants learn effective interviewing skills in a practice-driven environment

•Introduction to psychometrics and their contribution to cross referencing responses
•Advanced listening skills
•Understanding candidate’s behaviours & expectations
•Handling candidates with English as a 2nd or 3rd language
• Legal restraints on questions & information gathering
•Reference checks (testimonials, police, credit, etc.)
•The interview & analysis processes
