We offer client a innovative apporach to learning designing and build programmes that can be intregated into an existing learning culture. We have the skills and expertises to desgin programmes with embedded literacy and Numeracy and any unit standards which might be required by a client.
Our Instructional design is based on 5 principles;
* Analyse and understand the learning needs and requirements of target groups
* Apply best-practice adult learning needs analysis approaches
* Design learning solutions that are innovative and engage learners
*Create contextualised learning relevant to the workplace and culture of the client organisations
*Tailor learning to match individual learner needs and strategic organisational outcomes
