Overview: Do you need to engage people in a new project or process? Pitch for resources or acceptance of your ideas? Sell or negotiate? Manage your own or others responses?
This applied, practical and skills-based course will enable you to create favourable outcomes through influencing. The course uses Neurolinguistics, NeuroLeadership and other brain based techniques and methods.
What are NeuroLeadership and Neurolinguistics?
Neurolinguistics is a series of techniques and skills that provide an understanding of our brain and nervous system (neuro) and its relationship to our language patterns (linguistic) and the degree to which we can leverage this understanding to model leadership and communication excellence. NeuroLeadership is an emerging field of study focused on bringing neuroscientific knowledge into the areas of leadership development, management training, change management, education, consulting and coaching.
What does this have to do with influencing?
Understanding ourselves and others is key to effective influencing. The science base of NeuroLeadership and the practical tools and techniques of Neurolinguistics combine to give a unique set of ways to work with and influence others.
Who Should Attend: Managers, executives and leaders who are looking to improve their communication.
