The report - Understanding Stress and Bullying in New Zealand workplaces released a few months ago confirmed it - bullying and toxic employees is rife in NZ.

The tragedy is it is costing NZ businesses between 3.6 and 5.9 Billion annually. Three experts are providing solutions to stop the brain drain in companies.

The workshop is aimed at business owners, HR professionals, managers, or anyone who is in a management position.

We see toxic employees as a risk and a hazard to your business. Therefore we adopt risk management principles to dealing with toxic employees and we have split our workshop into three parts to deal with each area: Identify the Problem, Prevention Strategies, Responding to the complaint.

The workshop will be presented by three experts in their field:

Janice Davies: Janice is an expert in dealing with difficult and negative people in the workplace and speaks throughout the country on this hot topic. She is the founswe Self Esteem Day which takes place annually.

Ann Andrews: Ann is New Zealand's foremost expert on building highly successful teams. She is the author of 4 books, is the owner of her own consulting company Teams from Woetogo and is a certified speaking professional.

Michael Smyth: Michael is an employment law barrister and author of Employed but not Engaged: How to break up with your employees and hold onto the ring. In Michael's 14 years of practice he has seen first hand the effects of bullying in the workplace and has successfully raised personal grievances on behalf of clients who were victims of bullying. He brings his unique legal insight into this topic
