This programme involves:
• 9 learning modules – each module runs for one day, with about 2 -4 weeks
• Building a LeaderToolbox [or action plan] at the end of each module so you can use the
new ideas back at work
• Agreeing with your manager a suitable Project to work on during the programme. The Project will focus on improving the quality or making some changes to the way you and your team do their jobs
• As part of the final day of the programme, you will get the chance to talk about your Project to your managers and the other participants
Learning Outcomes:

On completion of this programme, participants will have the knowledge and skills to be able to become better middle managers and leaders including how to:

• communicate more effectively
• use active listening skills
• lead and motivate their teams
• use a number of tools to build high performing teams
• assign work to team members
• apply the performance management process with all team members
• understand the fundamentals of business development
• manage workflow and use quality management tools
• use problem-solving tools and techniques
• manage conflict and change within fast moving organizational environments
