Use this dynamic one-day course to explore the diverse role of working in an office and learn how to plan and manage your time effectively.
This training course covers the role and attributes of office support staff, self management, communication skills, workflow organisation, information and correspondence administration, and event management systems.

By the end of the course you will be well equipped with the skills and knowledge to be a successful office administrator.

different behavioural styles and how to work best with each one
the principles of good business writing ? current trends
effective listening skills
effective techniques for dealing with conflict
the event management process
time saving processes for planning an event and ensuring actions and plans are communicated effectively to the team
processes for making better use of time including multi tasking
critical strategies needed for career development.
