Are you a new manager and responsible for the performance and well-being of staff? Explore what it means to be an effective manager and identify the type of manager you want to be.

Use this two-day course to learn to think strategically, use careful planning for efficiency and learn how to be an advocate for your ideas and your staff.

This training course covers practical skills for managing staff and building a team. Through a combination of group and individual tasks you will identify effective management styles, and get to grips with the principles of team work, and even how to manage former peers.

By the end of the course you will be confident that the management decisions you make are the right ones.
