We will use research from neuroscience and the science of successful performers, the acquisition of expertise and adaptive leadership to bring you an evidence based and pragmatic program that will help unlock your potential and the potential of others.
Some of the topics include purposeful practice, mindfulness, chunking, a growth mindset, the learning zone and coaching and feedback.

Melbourne based Andrew Williams works in conjunction with Zuri Consulting when in New Zealand bringing his expansive experience to our clients.
Andrew is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Agility Consulting Group as well as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Australia Graduate School of Business where he facilitates e executive programs. He advises clients in executive development, leadership strategy and senior team development. He has completed over one thousand 360 degree debriefs and has over 2500 coaching hours.
He works as a Lominger Associate in Australia and New Zealand and has has a track record in accelerating the potential of individuals and teams.
