Do you want to learn how to turn your workplace conflict into growth for yourself and others?

Use this two-day hands-on course to provide you with strategies to turn conflict into growth.

This training course considers your own conflict resolution style and ways to modify this to achieve constructive and positive results. You will look at aggression, assertiveness and passivity and how to identify appropriate responses to achieve conflict resolution. On completion of the course you will be able to create an individual plan of action to suit your needs and your relationships at work.

During this course you will learn to:

identify assertive responses to achieve positive results
identify your personal communication style and how this affects your response to conflict
examine workplace bullying and its effects on the workforce
develop and implement a personal plan for handling workplace conflicts.
