There hasn’t been a specific Contact Centre manager’s course available since the DMA course which was last conducted in 2003. Currently, a Level 5 National Diploma is available but consists of gathering evidence through recognition of current competency model without any real training opportunities - it gives good recognition for a contact centre manager but as it doesn’t consist of any formal training it isn’t what many of the managers or aspiring managers are looking for.
Our classroom-based CCM course will also provide the participants to network, share stories and interact with each other which we have found adds an invaluable element to these types of courses. The structure also allows people to see each other on a number of occasions and will provide a peer network support for each other.
This programme consists of the following format:
1. Four sessions of 1 day each at an off site location such as a hotel with all meals included running from 8.30am to 4.30pm with content focused on that described in the session inclusions below. Prior to each session, participants will have some on-line study to engage in to prepare for the session.
2. At the end of each session, an assignment will be made for practical application of the theory and discussions based around the structure of each session.
3. Assignments will be returned to the facilitator and marked prior to the next session.
4. The final session will include an exam.
