You will find out why successful managers need to become coaches in the modern business environment and learn a simple five- step model that will enable you to develop into an effective manager/coach.

Yvonne McLean BA (Hons)
Yvonne McLean is an Executive Coach based in Auckland. She was previously a lawyer for 22 years, working in large corporate law firms in New Zealand and overseas, and latterly as a the lead lawyer and a Senior Executive for Microsoft Limited in the UK. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with people at all levels from CEO level to new graduates. She has trained many people in legal skills and in coaching and related 'soft' skills. Yvonne retrained as a Coach with Coach U and is acredited through the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach and is also a Certified NLP Practitioner and a certified Professional Behaviour Analyst, using the DISC tool.
