We offer a range of short intensive skill development programmes that provide skill development for you sales teams.
These program are intended to ensure a high level of accountability and support for putting the learning into practice and will be achieved through workshops where for learners will have the opportunity for skills practice, and coaching and feedback
Strategic Account Management skills – to move from a transactional approach to a key account/strategic approach – so they can better serve their major clients and meet their sales objectives.
Negotiation skills – an important part of the role of Account Managers is to negotiate win/win outcomes with major clients to ensure that long-term business relationships are built on sound ethical and profitable foundations and both parties are able to best achieve their desired outcomes
Sales Skills - A series of 1 day workshops to build skill and reinforce the need of slaes people to be able to
•Able to have ‘business’ conversation with clients
•Conduct effective needs analysis techniques and knowledge to be able to build tension for change in the client
•Presenting premium increases to clients
•Knowledge of when and how to negotiate
