Business coaching - Basic Package
At this level, together we determine the personal and business goals of the owner. Together we determine the strategies to achieve these goals. Together we determine the milestones that need to be achieved. Together we create a year plan to achieve the above. We will hold you, the business owner, accountable for your agreed to tasks.
These are all done in one 2 hour session per month over at least a 12 month period. The programme is tailor made to you and your business and is non-prescriptive. However, action needs to be taken to improve the business so that your goals can be achieved.
