Overview:
Research shows that unsuccessful projects or programmes rarely have a strong business case. A robust business case is central to successful projects and optimum benefits realisation.

Organisations that make sound and successful investment decisions understand that it is not about creating a business case to justify a project, rather, it is about delivering a project well to implement a well-prepared business case.

This one-day course aims to give participants an understanding of the vital role of a business case in enabling sound investment decisions, setting up project delivery to succeed and ultimately realising planned benefits.

Participants will be provided with a practical perspective on the key components of a robust business case and an introduction to the approaches and techniques required to develop one.
