It is recognized as a core competency essential for achieving results in groups, and it is appearing on a growing number of job descriptions. Coupled with this shift, is the reality that organizations are more interactive and complex than ever. These complexities demand a different level of capability from it’s facilitators.
Over the two days of this programme you will develop your facilitation capability to ensure you have a greater depth of understanding and know-how so you can confidently facilitate more complex dilemmas.
