An innovative and practical learning event featuring dynamic international experts.
Sponsored by NZIM Northern and TetraMap International
Learn from an international network of experts who are in NZ to meet, learn and share how they enhance their lives with TetraMap - a model they each use in their professional and personal lives.
Who Should Attend
Managers, aspiring leaders and change-agents. Anyone with responsibilities for making the connections between learning and real life applications.
What's In It For You
Build energised, productive teams in your organisation.
Why
This is a rare opportunity to take advantage of international experts sharing practical experience and solutions:
Estée Lauder NZ HR Manager Sandra Lyon, says TetraMap: "...has transformed ‘the way we do things round here’
...makes it easier to tackle those ‘hard conversations’.
...helped us to better understand our customers and retailers.
...had a really positive impact on our corporate culture.”
Consultants and leaders in organisational development are coming to NZ for a common purpose: to meet and enhance their understanding of TetraMap. As the model was created here and reflects Aotearoa beauty and diversity, what better place to expand their knowledge and applications! Yoshimi and Jon Brett, Directors of TetraMap International, saw this as an extraordinary learning opportunity for Kiwi leaders and managers. TetraMap has already proven its value in several NZIM programmes. Don't miss this opportunity to participate in the first International TetraHui!
How
Meet the international and local speakers who will share short, meaningful, and memorable stories. Each speaker will be interviewed to help you make the connections to Kiwi organisational realities. Then, lessons will be brought to life with experiential activities that give you the tools and knowledge to take back to your organisation.
We start by welcoming our overseas visitors on the evening of 22 February at Auckland University Marae. It will be an evening of learning (what TetraMap is/does and where you are on the map), fun, good kai, and music. The Conference Centre on day 2 sets the perfect context for inter-active learning, networking and "making the connections" to your organisational needs for 2011!

Tuesday 5 - 9pm – A welcome, network and learn session, dinner and music.
Wednesday 8.45am - 5.15pm – A full day of learning, then socialising until 6pm.
