With 18 years experience in training, development and HR roles Robyn continues to grow her enthusiasm for working with people. For the last five years she has worked in New Zealand as a training consultant with a number of prominent New Zealand businesses.
Robyn is on the National Executive for the New Zealand Association for Learning and Development and has a desire to work with L & D practitioners to focus on creating leading edge communities of practice.
She has presented workshops focusing on time management, sales, leadership, interviewing skills, performance management and customer service and is comfortable working with groups ranging from 5 to 500 people.
Robyn’s presentation style is very interactive, practical and engaging. She is very considerate of all learning styles and is flexible in accommodating her audience needs.
She has a passion for reading and enjoys nonfiction books or fiction that is based on some research. In her spare time she loves gardening, keeps fit by running and her favourite race is the Auckland half marathon.
She has a 8 year old son called Declan who ensures that the family get to spend time on the sidelines watching him play soccer in winter and cricket in summer.
She has been married to Raoul for 14 years and they share a passion for renovating houses, entertaining and travelling.
